Laurie Corkum is a partner and Director of Operations at Quoin. A skilled communicator and decision-maker, Laurie brings over 20 years of success in operations, project management, and business analysis to her role supervising the company’s performance and profitability.
Laurie is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with extensive experience managing agile project teams for a wide range of clients, including large development organizations. Her efficiency, positive energy, and deep hands-on knowledge of leading project teams and delivering results contributes to her impressive track record of well-run and productive organizations.
As Director of Operations, Laurie coordinates and monitors the day-to-day functioning of Quoin’s internal infrastructure, including delivery processes, human resources, recruiting, and office management. Naturally adept at adapting to interpersonal, informational, and decisional roles, Laurie’s background as a consulting project manager and engineer further contributes to her ability to work effectively with both business management and engineering staff. Prior to joining Quoin, she led operations and resource planning efforts for large national consulting firms.
Laurie holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Union College.
